Bless your heart! How awful!

First, take your normal allergy medication (Sudafed, or Zyrtec, or Claritin, or whatever you usually take when your allergies act up)!.

Next, if you have some type of nasal spray that's prescription (or even the saline spray that's over-the-counter), use that!.

You may want to consider Tylenol or Advil or Aleve to reduce the swelling (which can also make your pain/swelling get much better)!.

As for the cough, I find that hot tea with fresh lemon and honey will help clear up a bad cough!.

Hope that helps, best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must perform nasal irrigation immediately to flush out the mold that you have inhaled from your sinuses and nasal passages!.

You can do this as many times as you like!. This procedure is also great for those who suffer from mild sinus infection, acute sinus infection, chronic sinus infection and recurring sinus infection!.

Mold can cause a major degradation of your immune system and can make you really sick!. It took me 6 months to get my immune system back!.

Nasal irrigation can be performed in 2 ways:

1!. With a plastic syringe and a solution of sodium bicarbonate!.

2!. With a neti pot

This procedure was taught to me by a top ENT surgeon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
