Answers:
You can still get it with poor diet and no exercise!. It just means that you have a better start than others who inherit that pre-disposition!.

Being overweight and eating badly put a strain on your body over the years; that's why many people get it after their 40's!.

But we are seeing a growing number of younger diabetics because of being overweight without exercising and eating lots of bad food like fast-foods and foods high in sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type 1 is a crapshoot!. It can be hereditary; more often though, the body turns against itself (more specifically, against the cells that make insulin)!. It can not be prevented by eating right or exercising, although eating right and exercising, along with good monitoring and management of the disease, is extremely important post diagnosis to maintain good health!.

Type 2 is often genetic!. It's not as direct in its genetics and aunts, cousins, grandchildren are all within its reach!. If you are predisposed to type 2, you can speed up its diagnosis by eating crap and lack of exercise!. Contrarywise, you can slow down its onset by eating right and taking care of your health!. Sweets plays a part in type 2 onset, but in itself will never cause the disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will be predisposed to eat!.!.!.!.something you will have to keep and eye on during your life!. You will have to eat a proper diet, exercise and get regular check ups so your healthcare provider can monitor your health!. This is something that may be avoided if you take care of yourself!.
