Why do I get horrible spells of nausea and vomiting??!
Question: Why do I get horrible spells of nausea and vomiting!?!?
It's been going on for a couple years, where I go from feeling fine to suddenly being completely incapacitated with nausea and violent episodes of vomiting!. When vomiting I shake and sweat real bad and get sharp pains in my upper abdomen!. Sometimes it lasts a few hours, sometimes a couple days!. The only reason I have not seen a doctor is cause I have no insurance! Does this sound like it could be a gall bladder problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be if the episodes follow eating!. You should really go to the doctor though!. If it is a gallbladder problem and you leave it untreated, your gallbladder can get blocked up and lead to an inflammation in the abdomen (peritonitis) and of the pancreas (which could lead to other problems such as diabetes)!. The cost of treating these other problems would far exceed treating your current problem!. Anyway, if you are having episodes for days at a time, you are probably missing work and therefore missing out on pay!. If nothing else, next time you have an attack, go to the emergency room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
