Well, Whatever you do DON"T peel it off! You can soften it up a bit with face cream!. a dab of vaseline, etc!.!.

If it's a scab then pick it tonight and then wash your face and apply whatever you do to your face!. It should be a much smaller size after a few days (5 at the least!?), so if it is, then pick it again carefully and gently!. It'll be gone soon enough!.

You can pick it off but it will only bleed and scab over again and take twice as long to heal and fall off naturally!. ie!. there is nothing you can do but maybe cover with a small bandage, and wait for it to heal and fall off naturally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have to let it fall off naturally, otherwise the pimple will just grow back, most likely bigger within the next few days!.
