This is terrible news!. I'm very sorry!. I think experts now say survival rate for this disease is 1%!. I'm very sorry for this, but don't give up!.!.!. here are some tips to help you fight it!
1!. Don't stand still too long!. Limit your sleep hours, even if you're tired!
2!. Take a bath often! Not a shower!.!.!. but a nice hot BATH!
3!. Find time to count things, this often keeps the mind from slipping into that awful state!.
