Question: Does vitamin c really assist in the severity or prevention of colds !?!.!?
Seen in the news a while back that studies have found that vitamin c, does not assist in prevention of colds or even assist in severity of colds!. Is this true !?!. Also would like to know if any one has some good remedies to assist children during colds!. Iv'e heard that echianeacia ( don't know if spelling is right ) helps!. Or is the best remedy to just let the body fight the cold , therefore children can build immunity to the cold and flu viruses !?!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look up intravenous vitamin c and you will find your answer, just in case you cant figure it out the answer is that it does help!. You have to keep in mind the news is run by governments and corporations, whose only real purpose is to profit, they do that by selling you cough medicine, not vitamin c, and they dont care thats its a baby, or a child, they will sell drugs to anyone!. Echinacea and vitamin c combined will assist your immune system and help battle the virus, it will speed the healing process, but you will first have die off symptoms that will seem as if the condition is getting worse!.
