soya mimics estrogen %100! it is bad for cancer!. i had to stop all soya products!. wheni did my health started to improve!. i am a breast cancer survivor and i now have lupus!. lower all estrogen and you will see a change!. good luck to you!.!.!.!.!.cWww@Answer-Health@Com
The jury is out on that question!. The most common advice I read is that a regular amount of dietary soy (not ultra-concentrated supplements) should be fine!. Some tofu now and then, tempeh, soy nuts, etc!. should not be harmful!. The compounds in soy that mimic estrogen do so VERY WEAKLY from what I read!. Much much more weakly than the estrogen your own body produces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
