not sure what kind of mushroom that is, but i can tell you that just today my mom had food allergy tests done!. and they determined that she is severely allergic to mushrooms, onions and tomatoes!. all things which she has eaten and had no reactions to!. go figure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
