Answers:
Average resting pulse for an adult is anywhere from 60-100 bpm(beats per minute)!. When you are sleeping it can actually go down as low as 40-50 bpm safely!. If your heart starts racing take deep, slow breaths thru your nose into your diaphragm, not your chest!. Hold the breath for a couple seconds and slowly exhale thru your nose repeat this 10-15 times and you should feel your heart rate slow down!. Bottom line try not to worry about it, stressing will only make it go up more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
