Why don't I feel well?!


Question: Why don't I feel well!?
For the past week or so, I've had a lot of trouble sleeping!. Before this I could fall asleep in seconds!. But until recently I have also had some problems with binge eating and I would often eat a huge meal right before bed!. Now I'm trying to kick that habit so I haven't been eating late!. I've also been exercising a lot more!. Right now I can't sleep and I feel rather shaky!. I took my temp and it was 97!.6!. I also have thyroiditis, but I don't know what kind, as my doctor has not tested for antibodies yet!. My heart rate is 55 bpm!. My head feels like it's buzzing and I feel fairly nauseated as well!. I did eat some sugar free chocolates today and I was thinking I could be getting sick from them, but I've never reacted this way before from sugar free candy, the most that has happened is a little gas and diarrhea when I've had too much!. I'm having intermittent chest pains and headaches!. I just feel very uncomfortable and I can't figure out why!. Does anyone have any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In a querry of this type, the frist thing to be mentioned is 'age' that you have not given!. The next important thing is your build -Slim, athletic, average, a little plump, ample, or fat!. That too was not given!.
You might be having 'blood pressure' on the high side!. This is the right time to check with a physician!. Do it now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would get some regular labs done!. You may also want to get the h!. pylori bacteria lab done!. This is a common bacteria that 50% of the population has, only most don't know it!. It causes ulcers which cause your iron to be low!. It sounds like your levels are out of whack!. Stay away from those artificial sugars as they are very bad for you!. Try to eat a lot of antioxidants such as raw berries, raw almonds, flax seed etc!.!.!. Avocados are a great thing for your immunity!. Sounds like you are suffering from a nutrient deficiency!. I would go ahead and eat a balanced mini-meal if possible, something healthy but nothing that will make you feel more nauseated!. Hate to say it but the candies probably contributed to your not feeling well!. Those artificial sweeteners can mess you up in many ways and just because they haven't always made you sick, doesn't mean they're not really bad for you because they are!. The only other suggestion I could offer is maybe drinking a glass of low fat milk!. Later when you're able to go to the store, maybe you could buy some sleepy time tea and melatonin (an herbal sleeping aid)!. If I don't eat before I go to bed, I have trouble sleeping as well!. Just eat a little something from now on like some saltines and milk or something!. You may be the type that needs to eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day!. You may have blood sugar problems!. Take good care of yourself!
