I have a cold before prom?!
Question: I have a cold before prom!?
My senior prom is this Friday, but I am sick!!! I started have slight runny nose yesterday but today it is much worse and feels like it will get worse!. I also have trouble swallowing!.!. it hurts!. Usually when I have a cold, it take at least a week to go away, but i dont have a week, I have 2 days to get well!!!! Any advice!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Thank you very much!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This time of year it's probably not a cold, it 's probably allergies!. Try nasal saline spray (or, better, a neti pot) to reduce your exposure to the pollen (or dust, or mold, or whatever)!. You could try an OTC antihistamine (e!.g!., loratadine) but those are not super effective!. ZiCam is probably worthless for this, if, indeed it's ever helpful!. When all else fails, get a prescription for a nasal "cortisone" spray (e!.g!., Flonase, Nasonex, Rhinocort, Nasarel, etc!., etc!., there are about nine brands these days) and use it for about three days before you have to be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try some NyQuil it works the best!.they also have dayquil NyQuil!.you can get a good dose before you kiss her and give it to her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
