I will try to put it easy and simple for you!.!.!.!.

You should know that only 3% of diabetics in America improve drastically or are able to reverse it!. While in India, specially those diabetics who live in any big city's outskirts, 63% see similar results!. Why!?

1!. They adhere to a wholesome diet (tons of greens, roots, whole cereals and grains, etc!.)!. A 100% vegetarian diet will be a blessing for you!. Milk and cheese will definitely root you even more into your degenerative condition!.

2!. They get a lot more sunshine than we do over here (there are studies indicating how sunshine can stimulate the productions of enzymes capable of interacting with the cells' nucleus helping to maintain a high amount of Nitric Oxide inside the cells, and preventing therefore the activation of Aldose Reductase)!.

3!. Bad fats are the real culprit in diabetes and not sugar or refined CH's, though these ones may worse the condition a 100 times!. Good fats, in the other hand, will definitely remove bad fats from inside and outside the cells!. So, don't use refined oils, lard, and avoid animal fats at once!. A good source of good fat is raw nuts, not salted!. Almond and cashews are number 1!. Also, never use oils to cook any thing!. Once you heat up the oil to 85 degrees, it's already bad for your cells!.

3!. CH's from non-refined sources are OK as long as you mix it with raw foods!. 80:20 raw food to cooked proportion is ideal for diabetics!.

4!. High amounts of vit!. C (up to 7,500 mg daily) and Alpha Lipoic Acid (no more than 1,500 mg per day) will prove a great help in helping you to reverse your condition!.

5!. About 20 days after you start putting these changes into practice, you would do well if you fast for 3 consecutive days on kale with celery and aloe vera gel juice combined, drinking 1 glass of this juice (14-16 oz) every 2 hours!. Because of its high sulphur content, this juice will reset the energy production inside the cells via the mithochondrias!.

6!. A last piece of advice: you'll always need your doctor to help you here and there in the process, but beware that conventional physicians have a kind of dogmatic approach to any kind of degenerative diseases!. I know what I tell you since I went through regular medical school for long time!.

Good luck!

ADDITIONAL NOTE:

Stay away form caffeine, sodas, chocolate, canned foods, regular boxed cereals, MSG, high fructose corn syrup (it will be listed in the ingredient list on the label), chinese food, and never ever eat past 4 PM!.

Barley Grass Powder, Wheat Grass Powder and Alfalfa Powder will help you significantly!. You can add one tbsp of each to a green juice twice a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

250-375 is absolutely not acceptable! Anything over 126 may trigger cell/organ damage!.

Eat: Non-starchy vegetables (NO carrots!) and light proteins are in order!.
Stay away from grain carbs in excess of 6 grams for breakfast, 12grams for lunch and 12 for dinner for a daily max of 30 grams!.

If you are carb sensitive you may also want to look into a a possible gluten-sensitivity!. Not uncommon with diabetics!. After meal tiredness, bloating, brain fog, constipation or diarrhea, low back pain, tooth enamel issues, etc!. may all point into that direction!.

Breakfast: e!.g!. greens, eggs, salmon, chicken, etc!. - high-protein, low carb!. (no OJ/cereals/milk, or bagels)
Lunch: vegetable stir fry or salad + maybe some chicken, steak, or fish
Dinner: similar
Snacks: almonds, olives, belgian endives, lettuce leafs, dulse, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type 2 is as serious as type 1 and can be more difficult to control!. Keep up the exercise, it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
