Answers:
The kidneys and the liver are very vital organs for the body!. Their infection needs to be addressed and treated very aggressively!. Involvement of them both indicates that your brother has sepsis!. Are there any other organs involved as of yet!? A failure of these organs will have a "domino effect" on the body, from which it is very difficult to treat the patient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any infection to a major organ is a serious problem!. Those new doctors are being watched over by a resident so don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
