Cannot breathe at night?!

Question: Cannot breathe at night!?
It has been happening off and ON since the end of October!. I live in Austin and I know the allergens have been worse than usual this year!. At most in the past I have had to take allergy meds maybe for 6 weeks/year!. In January the dr prescribed a nasal spray and Claritin!. That stopped working several weeks ago!.

It had been only at night, but now it is even if I am sitting still too long (such as in a movie) and sometimes even if I am moving around!. It is like as soon as I stop moving, the entire upper portion of my nasal cavity fills up completely; the air seems to get stuck more on the way out than in!. If I breathe through my mouth while laying down, my throat gets so dry and it feels like I am choking!. He switched my allergy med when I went in one week ago; it seemed to be getting better for a couple of days but it is worse than ever now!. I can use the neti-pot and it seems clear and within 20 seconds it is blocked again!. This is awful! I haven't slept really well in months!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You might need a Humidifier it always helped me when i couldn't breath when I use to have Asthma good luck ;) there is certain type of them so check to see one that best suits you I would say the

Evaporation Wick

A wick or filter is used to absorb water, which is then evaporated by a fan!. This is a more natural form of evaporation, which is a big plus!. As the humidity of the air increases, the evaporation rate will naturally slow, making these units, to a large extent, self regulating!. The persistent noise of a fan blowing puts a lot of people off this design!. A few people actually prefer it though! They say the sound is relaxing, and even that it helps them sleep!. Again, this is down to personal preference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
