You could have a thyroid issue, or a blood sugar issue - I would get my blood checked!.
Do you drink enough water!? you should drink about half of your body weight (in lbs) in ounces each day!. So if you weigh 140 lbs, you would drink 70 ounces in water - that's about 2 liters - if you do that for a couple days in a row, you will probably notice a huge difference!. Also, do you sleep too much!? I know, asking a mom that is crazy, but I've found if I sleep more than 7 uninterupted hours a night (the uninterupted part is hard as a mom) I'm more tired than I am if I don't!.
You could also have some depression!. See your doc to make sure everything is ok physically and go from there!.
