Answers:
I have intolerance to wheat as well!. I am using Matzoz!.
this is like Jewish cracker, but it is fat free and agrees with me!. You can find it in almost all supermarkets and it is quite cheap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know any specifics, but my roommate's mother has this problem, and she eats a lot of food made with spelt flour!. (It's made from spelt, instead of wheat!.) There's no gluten in it, so it won't set off your allergies, but it makes something that can be used in most recipes in place of flour!. I guess there are some problems with yeast not rising as well in spelt flour as in normal flour, but it's better than nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Celiac disease is an inherited, autoimmune disease in which the lining of the small intestine is damaged from eating gluten and other proteins found in wheat, barley, rye, and possibly oats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can get wheat free/gluten free specialised foods in supermarks now, tesco and morrisons do a good range of cookies , bread etc you can also get bread from the pharmacy if you have properly diagnosed by dr cos my friend whose coeliac gets itWww@Answer-Health@Com
