Why can't deaf people talk?!

Question: Why can't deaf people talk!?
Answers:
they can talk, its just hard for some people to understand what they are saying!.

the way we talk is based upon the sounds we hear, if you can't hear, then the sounds that come out of your mouth are muffled and/or muted!.

it starts from infancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many of them can, but not well!. People learn language skills by hearing other people (usually their parents) speak and mimicking the sounds in order to form words!. There's even a learning period for this-when babies babble, they're trying to convey thoughts using sounds they heard other people use!. Deaf people, even if they can read lips, cannot generally mimick the sounds accurately!. As a result, they usually can't speak perfectly, and many cannot speak intelligibly (they cannot speak a language, even imperfectly, and so they use sign language!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
