Answers:
Breathing through you mouth is the problem!. The dry air rushing in and out dries out your mouth and throat!. The only thing that can be done is it you wake up during the night, drink some water!.
I have the same problem and have a bottle of water on the night stqnd!. I go through approximately 16 to 48 ounces a night!.
Ther stuff for dry mouth from the drug store does very little to help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do also!. Its hard to belive, but when you lay down, all that mucus or spit in your mouth slides down your throat and it clogs it!. That is why you get a sore throat every morning!. So, before you go to bed, brush your teeth!.
