Question: Is there a food that can help PREVENT throwing up!?
My mom and step-dad got the stomach flu two days go, my sister got it last night, and both me and my boyfriend have been feeling a bit queasy!.
I want to get to this BEFORE I throw up, because as the result of a bad anxiety disorder, I have an irrational terror of vomiting!. I've been a bit nauseous for two mornings, and sometimes in the evening!. I want to prevent getting what they have, or at least prevent actually getting the symptoms!.!.!.!.

Ginger or peppermint tea may help!. You can also ask your doctor for a prescription anti-emetic!. If you're anxiety thing is documented, they might be willing to write the Rx!.

Besides that, keep your hands clean, don't share towels with the sick people, drink water, get enough rest!.!.!.you know the drill for not getting sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Black licorice or black jelly beans settle the stomach!.
I am also terrified of throwing up!.
