Why can I see the veins in my arms and legs?!

Question: Why can I see the veins in my arms and legs!?
I can see my veins VERY well whether I'm cold or hot!. The worst spots are on my wrists, the backs of my hands, my chest, spots on my legs, and definitely on my feet!. I've been this way forever pretty much, but I feel like they have gotten worse in my teen years!.

What causes this!? Is there any way that I can reduce the appearance!?
Someone once told me that it's because I'm dehydrated, but why would I be dehydrated my entire life!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I can see my veins and i drink more water than anyone I know!.(I also have larger veins than most which is why I have low blood pressure)
It has to do with the translucency of your skin!.
Tanning will help reduce your veins from showing!.

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your skin in those places are thinner than other places, and most are where you have your major veins, so they're also bigger, If they're on your legs it might be varicose veins too I have the same problem!. If you're pale it might also be worse, because your veins are darker than your pale skin!. Don't worry though - It's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

same with me ive got really big veins too ive never heard of it being caused by dehydration but it would explain mine, experts say you should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day i drink maybe 3!.
i might try this actually but whenever i drink too much im going to the toilet every couple of mins its annoyingWww@Answer-Health@Com

you obviously forgot to put on your skin again!.!.!.!. if i've told you once, i've told you a thousand times!.!.!.!. once it's been dry cleaned you must wear it several days straight so it won't shrink permanentlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have thinner skin than some!. It's usually hereditary!.

P!.S!. LOL @ cptnshrdn's reply!.!.!.!.!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
