There are lots of medications on the market to treat hayfever!. However, they do not cure it, they just help ease the symptoms!. The only way I know to cure hayfever is allergy desensitation shots!. There are alot of aspects of this question!. WHat is causing your hay fever, when do you have it, did you see a doctor!? Did he check for any allergies to grass, animal hair etc!.

FOr sneezing, sore eyes and slight headaches you could try a antihistamin in tablet form og a steroid spray in your nose - both will relieve your nose and eye symptoms and probably also your headach!.
