When you have anal sex you break the skin around the anus therefore sperm can come into direct contact with the blood stream!.

Well you can get HIV, which is the precursor to AIDS from sexual contact!. The sex can be heterosexual or homosexual!. Gay guys have sex with each other too, its just different to heterosexual sex!. So they get AIDS too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
