I got a UTI!. And I didnt know about it!.!. I masterbated and I got a cut on my penis!. And it got infectected!. It looks like a got herpes, but my partners dont have herpes!. Is it possible that my cut got infected because of the UTI!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is possible that your cut just got infected!. Even without a UTI, cuts sometimes get infected!. And since it started out as a cut, that is most likely what it is!.
And yes, it is possible to get genital herpes from a partner who does not have genital herpes!.
50% to 80% of adults have ORAL herpes (although most don't know it)!. I don't know how many partners you've had, but even if its only one, there is still a pretty good chance that they have oral herpes!. And through oral sex, oral herpes can be transmitted as genital herpes!. Furthermore, most people who have genital herpes don't know that they have it!. So just a lack of symptoms doesn't mean that your partners didn't have genital herpes!.
My suggestion is to get this sore swabbed ASAP, just so that you really know what it is!. Herpes testing is SO MUCH more reliable when you have an active sore!. Otherwise, you need to take a blood test, which will tell you that you have the herpes virus, but it won't tell you WHERE you have it (mouth versus genitals)!. If this is an initial herpes outbreak, you may never have another one - but could still spread it without symptoms!.
I don't mean to frighten you!. I mean, in all likelihood it is just an infected cut!. But I would hate to accidentally give the love of my life genital herpes without knowing that I had it!.

How do you really know if your partners have genital herpes or not!. People say anything!. You need to see a physician if you have an infection!. The doctor may give you an antibiotic by mouth or an antibiotic creme!. You can also get an opinion about whether or not its herpes or something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
