Sure!. In the old days they called laziness "nervous exhaustion" or "neurasthenia!." Nowadays it's called "chronic fatigue syndrome!." Freud explained it as follows: "Energy is expended creating symptoms, and more energy is expended combating those symptoms, thus leaving the ego impoverished!."

So, psychotherapy can cure laziness!. There's all types of psychotherapy though!. My favorite one is Oklahoma psychotherapy!. That's where you join the Army, and a mean tough drill instructor makes you atone for all your sins!. It works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are methods to increase motivation, such as using rewards, committing publically to a goal (you know, having people check up on your progress), and techniques that therapists can use if you choose to see one (they work with people to motivate them to reduce/stop drugs or alcohol, change destructive behavior (like domestic violence, overeating, not taking important medications, gambling, procrastinating)!.

Apathy can be a sign of medical or mental illness, so this should be considered, especially if this is a recent change or just "not you"!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
