SSRi break?!
Question: SSRi break!?
Hi i dance and i take ssri's!. if i dont take them for a week what s going to happen to me!. i didnt take them last week as a test and i had a panic attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trying to go cold turkey with SSRI's is not recommended!. It is important that the medication be weaned ( decreased over time) versus stopping the medication completely!. If you want to be able to function without your med(s), contact your Doc that prescribed the med and follow his/her advice!. I hope that this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most SSRI's take approximately as long to wear off as they take to build up (generally 2wks)!. Of course you should talke to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
