Pre-Diabetic?!

Question: Pre-Diabetic!?
Should a person who has/had Reactive hypoglycemia, and then developed Pre-Diabetes begin testing their blood sugar levels!? I've been Reactive Hypoglycemic for a while, and now I am pre-diabetic (not sure if I still have RH, or if it's morphed into Pre-D) but I would like to know if I should begin testing my sugar levels with a glucose monitor!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the simple answer to your question is no once you keep getting the hb1c test done as you were told by your doctor you will be fine, all type 1 diabetics have to if your type 2 in some case you do have but not in others but i know a few doctors over with type 1 and there view on this topic is even doe your type 2 and may not need to check your blood sugar levels very day they say that if all type 2 check there bloods also OK and to the same limit as a type 1 would but each day this would bring around better control of diabetes in type 2 this was just around the the time that pre-diabetes came into been here and i am not to sure if he meant pre-diabetic in that to i have type 2 and i have been checking my blood sugar levels 3 times a day from the day i found out i had diabetes but that was my own personnel doing and my doctors have not tryed to put me off doing so at the same timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
