What is the best, quickest ( and cheapest!) way of healing dry, cracked feet?!

Question: What is the best, quickest ( and cheapest!) way of healing dry, cracked feet!?
I always suffer with dry feet in the summer and with the sudden sunshine we have had (I am in the U!.K!.) the faithful old flip flops have come outta hibernation! I always see my nurse for an intensive moisturiser but she is away on her hols and my feet are SORE!! I have soaked them and got a pumice stone on the worst of the dry skin but is there anything I may have around the house that would soothe my poor wee feeties until I can get to Boots tomorrow! Cheers!. And enjoy the weather! The rest of me is!. Just my feet that does not like the change in seasons! Have Fun :0)Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you've already done the pumice bit, what you should do is at bedtime rub in tons of olive oil, or vaseline, then wrap your heels in clingfilm!. Wear socks to hold the clingfilm in place while you sleep!. Sounds (and feels) weird, but the heat and the oil does the trick!. If your heels are really bad you might need to do this for a few nights!. But when combined with pumice scrubbing - it really does work - and its cheap!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wash, put light cotton socks on soaked in body lotion or similar!. overnight your feet will be softened!. i suggest a foot scraper thing!. in your supermarket, will rub them gently, and use this item everytime you wash your feet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use a combination of butters like shea butter cocoa butter and different oils all great for dry skin and put on my socks overnight!.

Also after I take a shower I immediately rub oil while my feet are still wet then I pat dry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Baby oil or even a small amount of cooking oil!. Smother it onto your heels before you go to bed, put a pair of !00% cotton socks on overnight and the oil should have softened the skin by the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you ever heard of the street doctors on bbc1!?

a doctor on there said to rub the inside of a recently peeled banana skin over the rough skin!. it really does work!.

She bought it at Sally Hansen's Beauty Supply!.
