I think they are over anxious to get a suntan and they are not taking the proper precautions to avoid getting sunburned!. They are foolish, because down the line they risk skin cancer and severe wrinkling and premature aging!. Most people are more informed these days I would like to think!. People should use a high SPF Sunblock cream that is waterproof whenever they are outside whether or not they are in the water and avoid tanning beds!. Skin health is so important!Www@Answer-Health@Com
