How do I get rid of thick calluses on my heels/feet?!

Question: How do I get rid of thick calluses on my heels/feet!?
Answers:
One suggestion is to soak your feet and rub them gently with a natural pumice stone!. This may help get rid of the calluses (over time, be gentle, you don't want to injure your feet!.) But I think it is important to consider how to prevent them in the future!. Do your shoes fit well!? Do you wear socks with your shoes!? (Silly question, but I have to put the it out there!.) Surprisingly, I had calluses on the upper center of my feet and now I don't!. My solution!? I did a quick internet search on alternative medicine and the anatomy of feet!. There is a history of the foot being "mapped" and calluses in different areas of the foot representing different areas in your body that need "help"!. In my case, the location of at least one of the calluses represented digestive issues!. Fast forward three years and much nutritional and digestive progress, and the calluses are gone! (without pumice!.!.!.) True story!. Sometimes alternative medicine comes off as hokey, but it is difficult to argue with results!. Hope things work out for you, with pumice or nutrition!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get thick calluses on my heels/feet too especially when i've been wearing sandals or heels!. To treat, soak your feet in a warm bath or basin of water, this softens up the hard skin and then use a pumice stone to rub the areas of your feet that are affected!. The pumice stone is really good at removing the hard skin and you will notice a difference straight away!. I then dry my feet and apply loads of moisturiser, you can get really good intensive moisturisers especially for your feet from supermarkets and chemists!. Then put on a pair of cotton socks!. After doing this the first time you will notice a big difference and just keep doing it regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you tried the ped egg!. It supposed to help with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
