Question: Embarrassing problem :[!?
Quite often i do ' hard poos' and blood comes out ,!. this happens about twice a week and sometimes my poo is really hard in ' bally shapes',Do i just need more fibre, or ould it be something more serious!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think what you have is constipation!.
You need to drink lots of liquids, consume more fiber, exercise more to get your bowels moving, and eat regular meals with regular portions!. This can also happen if you're under a lot of stress, and your digestion isn't doing too well because you're tense!. I've had this happen to me, and if you don't do something it turns into a long-term problem!. It's very painful, so I hope you get well soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quite often these problems are indeed caused by lack of fibre!.
Try adding not just fibre (as in bran cereal) but more fruit and vegetables, less protein, meats, cheeses and other dairy products!.
Also, drink more water - a couple of litres a day would be good and get some regular exercise using your legs (walking, jogging)!.
I doubt if it is serious but try the above for a month and see if there is any improvement!.
P!.S!. The blood is often simply a result of irritation in the bowel being scraped by the hard stools - the skin there is quite thin and easily damaged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

plenty of water and orange juice - always helps!. its just where waste aka poo has no lube to shift it!. and gets more and more compact the more u eat!. meat is the worst!

It sounds like you may have irritated bowel syndrome!. Try eating mor fruit and cereals with fibre!. Yougurt also helps!.

If you have blood in your stool, you need to see a doctor to see if theres some other problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
