Wheezing is the inablity to get air into your lungs, its a squeeky, whistley sound!. for young children, when they are not getting oxygen, thier lips may turn bluish, and thier finger tips as well!. I couldn't watch the video, because my computer is retarded!.
If you suspect your daughter is having difficulty breathing, do not hesitate to bring her to a doctor!.

Bring her to see a pediatrician, it won't cost too much money!. Hopefully, she's just fine!.
My personal knowledge is this, wheezing sound happens when one inhales which may be the symptom of asthma!. While bronchitis or emphysema will have the wheezing sound when one exhales, emphysema will likely to have the wheezing at the tail end of exhalation!. But a doctor will know better than me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
