But with severe insomnia, you may have to be on meds like I am now!. I have had this sleep disorder for 40 years!. Ugh! Maybe something on my lists will be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking a cup of herbal tea, preferably something w/ chamomile and taking a warm, not hot, bath about a 1/2 hour before bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A friend told me in Yoga class that they teach them to clap the balls of their feet together while sitting with your legs straight out or lying on your back helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

About an hour before you go to bed eat carbs and drink warm milk!.
