Change your toothpaste! I had the same problem for years and changed to Sensedyne and Biotene toothpastes!. The regular toothpastes have ingredients that can dry out your lips!. Once I changed from regular toothpastes it cleared up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gently exfoliate your lips with an toothbrush that has softer bristles than one you would use for your teeth, rub your lips in circular motions!.

When you go to bed at night slather the vaseline on really thickly and let it work through the night!.

But for most things to work you need to use them more than a few times just, it takes a lot of use for things to happen!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look at the ingredients list on the moistursers your using!. Lips become petroleum jelly (vaseline) dependent, which means they improve to start with but then crack up the minute you stop using it!. Try using a few drops of sweet almond oil on your lips on a night and try not to lick them or eat foods covered with salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink gatorade or powerade!. They are specially made to rehydrate your body!. Also, I use Carmex when my lips are dry!. It works really good!. With one application they feel a lot better!. It is inexpensive and can be bought at any pharmacy, grociery store or stores like walmart and target!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you lick your lips a lot!? Because it does not matter how much you moisturize them, if you keep licking them they will stay chapped!. Sometimes it is a habit that has to be broken!.!.!.!.the lick and wipe thing is not good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be from the sun or wind, try chapstick with an spf in it, it works for my husband, and don't worry no one will take away your man card for using chapstick!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because your not medicating them!. Use Carmex chapstick-its medicated and it also gets rid of coldsores!. Any local covenient store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
