Trouble breathing at night?!
Question: Trouble breathing at night!?
when im in bed i can't stop think about breathing at night i can't stop!. and then when i feel sleepy i doze off then i end up waking up immediately tring to breathe in!. i keep getting conscious over my breathing!. its probably not a disease as it only happens when i think about it and its so annoying!. this never happens when im busy and it started recently!. how can i stop it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be sleep apnea which is a slight breathing problem when you are asleep and your breathing stops for a few seconds and you suddenly wake up!. If this is the case you could have some treatment for it to keep your airways open when you sleep!. One way to do it yourself is to lie on your side and push your head back slightly, this keeps the airways open!. Never sleep on your back as your tongue muscle relaxes and drops back and closes off the airway and you wake up to breathe!. This happens to everyone so when someone is unconscious they have to be put on their side with their head back!.
