Question: Prease answer my question T_T i need serious advice im 13!!!!?
I will have surgery on putting tubes in my ears, better breathing during the night and tonsil removal!. Im not worried about my nose and my ears, is the tonsils there FREAKING ME OUT!
I never had pain after surgery and when it comes to pain im a real pain the ***! I'm always thinking negative and my doctor already recommended me to visit the consul for depression and anger management and i got and appointment!. And yes im going trough puberty!.
But the surgery is freaking me out i need to get my mind of it and focus more on my exit project! It's due on Friday and it's not
halfway!. Im sick, i don't have appetite and im always dizzy and Nashua and every time i read it makes it worst!. Im getting my results on monday!.
But i need advice on getting my mind off the surgery!! please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are just going through a tough time right now, aren't you!? This happened to me!. My worst year was in the 7th grade, I'll never forget it!. People thought I was depressed too!. I think you should try getting a hobby of some sort!. Something that makes you happy!. The only thing that got me through the 7th grade was my diary!. I wrote in it everyday and it made me feel much better!. A non-violent way of releasing my anger!. You should try something like that!. Not like a diary necessarily, but some sort of hobby to take your mind off of pain and surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are going to feel so awesome after the surgery!. Just think, no more ear infections, you'll hardly ever have a sore throat!. Do you get to miss school!? I'm glad you are getting your tonsils out!. I wish my kids could get theirs out!. I've only had like one or two sore throats since I was a kid!. You get to eat ice cream, pops, etc!. Sleep, relax, watch tv, sleep again!. Try and focus on the good things!. You'll be asleep and not feel a thing!!!! You must have had a lot of strep throat infections!. Did you have bad allergies!? I would love to hear about your surgery!. Please write back to say how it went!. Don't worry about it!. You will be so glad you had it done!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
