Why do asthma meds initially seem to worsen and heighten pain/symptoms?!

Question: Why do asthma meds initially seem to worsen and heighten pain/symptoms!?
After I take inhalers such as Albuterol or Xopenex, atrovent, symbicort, advair, !.!.!.those types, I initially for at least 5 minutes or more even 10 seem to feel even more heaviness, pain, and sensations in my lung, before I start to finally feel better!.

What are all these tingly and spastic sensations I get in my chest!? Is this because the lungs are extra-sensitive and reacting to the drug at first, before it starts to work!?

I notice sometimes weird tingliness in my back, my front sometimes, not like the whole CHEST tingles, but like maybe small one inch spots here or there tingle, almost like there's a nerve there that's twitching and tingling, and I sometimes feel that same tight/tingly feeling in the throat and in the chest!.

Is that the bronchospasms, or are those MINI bronchospasms, or is that just!.!.!.medication working and opening things up and you start feeling it!.

What exactly is going on!!?!!?

How can I tell what's asthma from what's something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it could be the bronchospasms and the extra sensitivity to medications!. my girlfriend sometimes gets worse symptoms after taking some meds, but they seem to go away a few minutes later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't get those feeling personally that you describe, but I do get a rush feeling!.When I'm having a serious attach,I have to use it a few times!.It's like walking in an air conditioned building, leaving a sauna!.Instant relief !!!I use Combivent!.I suggest the next time you see your doctor, mention this to him/her!.I have never taken the time to think about it like you are now!.But next time I will think about it more closely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
