Without looking at you or with more information it is hard to know, are you experiencing any chest pain!? Could they just be something stuck under your nails or did they just appear!? Do you have a temperature at all!?

I looked on WebMD and couldn't find anything!. It might just be dirt!.!.!.!. did you try getting it out!?
