people with diabetes and poor circulation are at more risk of infections and gangrene!. I would make sure you are very hygenic with it, and possibly check with your doctor if tis that bad of a cut!. As long as you take care of it, you should be fine!. Gangrene is normally a thing that concerns the feet or legs!. If it seemes like it is not healing properly, see the doctor!. Chances of you getting gangrene is extremely low!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes but not likely!. Maybe you don't have bad circulation in your hands!. Maybe just your feet and legs!. Get a triple Anti-biotic cream and keep cut clean!. I think no problem!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
