Diabetes - PPBS and FBS - how do these tests indicate diabetes/prediabetic etc?!

Question: Diabetes - PPBS and FBS - how do these tests indicate diabetes/prediabetic etc!?
Any information would be great, but what I really want to know is:
What does it mean if -
- FBS is down and PPBS is up
- PPBS is up and FBS is down
- FBS and PPBS is up
- FBS and PPBS is down
- If either FBS or PPBS is up or down and the other one is normal
If anyone could answer these questions you would be my hero!!!
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Ok - first an FBS is a fasting blood sugar - it is taken after a period of not eating for at least 8 hours - it should be between 70 - 100!.
A PPBS is a post parandial blood sugar which means it is taken approximately 2 hours after you eat a meal!. It too should be between 70 - 100!.

If both are up, it is a good indicator for diabetes!.
If both are down, it is a good indicator that you are NOT diabetic
If one if up and the other is down (doesn't matter which) it is an indicator that you could be pre-diabetic!.

How this all help and I'm proud to be your hero (LOL)Www@Answer-Health@Com
