Question: Help what is wrong with my boyfriend!?!?
I don't know how it got to this!. A few days ago, my mom, step-dad, and sister came down with what we took to be the stomach flu!. They all got over it!.
Two days ago, my boyfriend started feeling tired!. He slept a bit one day, the next day woke up nauseous with a fever, had diarrhea all day and didn't eat (I made sure he drank water and gatorade though)!. Last night he woke up with intense chills, he was shaking the whole bed!. Now he's writhing and moaning in pain, and he swears it's his kidneys!. He'd complained of back pain a few times over the two days he'd been sick, and I gave him an ibuprofen 800 twice (one yesterday, one today), but this is much worse than before!. My mom said it's probably not kidney pain, but he swears it's deeper than muscle!.
We might take him to the doctor, but he has no insurance, so we'd like to avoid that!.
I'm really worried though, this doesn't seem like the flu anymore!. What is wrong with him!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If he's complaining of lower back pain, then yes it could most definitely be his kidneys!.!.!. and thats really not something to mess with!. If he's just complaining of back pain, he might just be having aches!. How long did it take your family to get over this stomach flu!? If its taking him longer, then he might have something else and you may want to take him to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like a severe case of kidney infection to me!. If it has burned while he urinated, then that's the icing on the cake!.
