Question: Serious help problems -- No fake answers please!?
I am 16 year old boy !. I've been suffering from migraine attacks from 2 years , but recently I got to know why they come !.Its my poor diet , more wheat flour , which causes GAS in stomach ,which then goes to head and causes head ache !.Later , I've been facing with usual health problems like lack to energy , Under weight and pimples on face !. I am tall and thin !. My blood pressure goes down when I get a migraine attack and I am also short tempered ,but I've tried to control on it !.What else ,is that I've been masturbating since 5 years !. One more thing is I really don't like my mom's cooked food !.I am not being immature ,but thats a fact !.So , I cannot even eat hotel food which is unhygienic!. I've also stopped cold drinks!.!. In short !. My problems are
-- Severe Migraine problems !.
--Blood pressure rising and going down
--Lack to energy !. No physical strength !.
--Addicted to masturbation
--Under weight !.

from what you have said, I'd recommend you do change your diet to more protien and vegetables!. Start by taking a multi-vitamin each morning and eat a decent breakfast that isn't all greasy!. Unsugared cereals are a healthy start!. Don't drink more cows milk!. Switch to soy milk!.
Develope a aerobic workout for each morning and a different one for the evening!. The evening workout should include weights after aerobics!. (just my opinion)!. You need a healthy lunch that has 500-850 calories!. I usually have a ceasar salad because I can have just what I need and not disturb anyone else!. By eating regularly and not missing meals, your blood pressure should level out!.
You need to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated!. Lack of potassium can cause the headaches as well!. Eat a banana each day as a snack!.
For dinner, hit all the major food groups, leaving breads to a minimum!. DO NOT DRINK FIZZY DRINKS! DO NOT SMOKE! If you feel hungry after dinner, walk your dog!. Have some green tea or hot tea if you prefer!.
An hour before bed let yourself calm down!. Take your shower and frankly, go ahead and masturbate!. It is only unhealthy if it dominates you!. Hear is where you read to tire your eyes and meditate or pray!. Whatever suits you!.
To add weight, simply add calories at meals!. and include a protien shake at breakfast so it is systemic by your evening or late afternoon workout!.
Your workout should first elevate your heart rate and breathing!. Twenty minutes of running works well, followed up with weights for 20 minutes, then cool down with a floor workout of pushups, situps, and any light excersizes you enjoy!.
If you don't feel different after two weeks, see your doctor!.
Because of your age, you have tons of testosterone to work off, (It is why you are masturbating a lot, too)!. Keep yourself busy, even making up a day planner and write down what you eat and any meds or pills you take!. If you take drugs or smoke, keep track of it!. Doctors need to know these things!.
You'll need to ask a doctor what is best for the acne!. My treatment was to never touch my face with my hands and clean my face with stridex 4 times a day!. Didn't work that well, but it made me feel like I was doing something!. Now, Doctors can cure acne!. Severe migraine headaches aren't always curable!. Sometimes they are a result of bad diet!. It is another point for your doctor to consider!.
A lot of us are growing up with a minimal amount of discipline and guidance!. I have friends glued to TV and video games and never feeling well!. Others are druggies and just, NO! I started setting my own agenda for myself at your age when I know I needed structure!. It wasn't going to come from my family or school so it has to come from inside!.
