Are the sores very small!? Do they have what looks like a little dimple in the center of them!? You say they get better then worse again - do you mean they "rupture" then go back to looking like small bump!? If this sounds right look into molluscum contagiosum!. It is the fastest growing STD in young people!. It is scary looking, can be confused for razor bumps, warts or herpes by people and even some doctors!.
