Yes, they will!. They are required by law to:
A) Inform you of your positive result
AND
B) Dispose of your donation immediately!.
You will not hear anything if the results were negative, so no news is good news!. If you're really concerned and think that you may have HIV or syphillis, or another disease and you think that may have had it when you donated, contact the red cross tell them that you think your donation was compromised, and give them your donation number!. It was on a piece of white paper that they gave to you before they let you go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. They usually do a series of test to make sure that your blood is ok!. If they find anything they usually let you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
