Yes allergies are worse in the spring because i usually have allergies all throughtout the spring but not alot during the summer!.!.!.!.I do live in California but i live in southren California!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know much about California, but if you have seasonal allergies, then the season they will be worse in will depend on what you are allergic to and when/if that allergen is present!. Try checking an allergy map for Sacramento and comparing it to your known (if they are) allergies!.
