Try to figure out if you have eaten any foods that commonly cause alleric reactions such as tomatoes or strawberries!. Have you changed your soap , laundry detergent or shampoo recently!. Are you on any new medicines that started before the hives hit!. Were you out in the woods touching plants!. If you find eliminate it from your environment!. As for itchiness try atarax or zyrtec along with short course of prednisone!. See an allergist if it continues!. Keep an epi-pen (adrenalin) with you until it all clears up in case of severe allergic reactionWww@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes hives can be stress related, which ive had personally!. its like an unbearable horrible insane itch, and my dermatologist gave me samples of XYZAL to try (since they were samples =free) andddd she gave me like 30 of them, they really help!. id get an appt asap, but i prob dont have to tell you that haha!. id suggest a cream, but its pointless, ur itching is prob way beyond any cream!. good luck, i know how you feel!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For right now get Benadryl OTC the histamine will decrease the itchyness and the reaction!. Atarax is a longer acting stronger script of histamineWww@Answer-Health@Com

follow up with your doctor for steroids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
