Answers:
The only thing you really need to be careful of is that after entering your anus that he doesnt try to enter your vagina!. Some of the bacteria from the anus may get transferred to the vagina if he does re enter the vagina and that can cause infections!. If he wants to switch to the vagina then he needs to wash himself with soap and water first!. You will not need to wash the inside of your anus afterward unless you want to!. And why is anal sex a no no!? That is just people own bias against it!. As long as you are both willing to do it and both willing to take the precautions and the care then go for it!. It is very enjoyable for both parties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There can be some issues!.

Firstly chafing and abrasion of the anus and rectum can become infected!.

Secondly haemorroids from friction!.

As identified in the more constructive posts above, e coli and other gut bacteria can infect cuts in the penis and definately if you then go back to vaginal or oral sex afterwards!.

I have no bias against anal at all, but would be inclined to use condoms and lubricant to minimise the risks all round!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having unprotected anal sex can cause fecal bacteria (bacteria from ****) to enter into the penis making the man sick!. The walls of the rectum are very thin and can easily rip when penis is inserted causing infections!. If you are going to do it I recommend using an enema first and making sure that you backdoor coochie is clean then go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anal sex is a NO NO!. I know that a lot of people do this, but it's not smart health wise!. Having anal sex can cause MANY MANY infections!. And even if you both are clean, you still need to use condoms and CHANGE condoms if you're going to have vaginal sex as fecal matter can be transferred from your anus to your vagina causing an infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing in life is 100% risk free!. You stand a greater chance of contracting a urinary tract infection from wearing a thong, than the risk to either partner from anal sex (assuming the so obvious precautions, I see not the need to mention)!.
