For starters it is most prevalent amongst heterosexual women, unlike in the West!.
Helping begins with education!. You should try and investigate which countries in Africa have high rates of HIV/AIDS and also which do not seeing as Africa is a large continent and AIDS is most prominent in Sub-Saharan areas!. Perhaps you could compare methods used in other African countries to prevent the spread of AIDS!.
The most we can do is try to educate against the spread of AIDS!. Ideally, they need to be provided with highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), which actually isn't that expensive, the problem is with dissemination!. You should consider methods of distribution perhaps!.

Get them to use contraception! !.!.!.!. it supposedly goes against their religion and having lots of children makes them think they are strong etc!.!.!.
So there should be a massive campaign on getting them to use contraception!.!.!.!.

Non- African's aren't remotely immune so we're affected worse!.
They got it from eating monkey meat!.!.!. and monkeys are immune to it!.
It's caused by HIV, no cure, fatal!.
There are various different strains of it!. If you have it and then have sex with someone with a different strain!.!.!.!. then you get a superstrain of it, which is resitent to ALL treatments!.
