Question: What kind of genetic syndrome is this!? It was featured on a tlc/discovery channel type of special!?

I want to know because I know some people who were looking at this picture and making fun of her, and I know they don't realize it's a rare genetic disorder, and that it's really messed up for them to laugh at it!. I remember it was a special on tv about people with this disorder/syndrome !.!.!. and all I remember is it's some kind of genetic disorder with symptoms such as they don't grow normal height, and they have large front teeth, and really high-pitched, childlike voices!. They also have really bad back problems I believe!. I've been trying really hard to figure out what it's called, but I just can't figure it out, so I turned to yahooanswers to see if anyone could help me out!?!?
