How to get rid of a bug within 12 hours?!
Question: How to get rid of a bug within 12 hours!?
I work at a movie theater and someone threw up in a theater last night!.!.!. I didnt come in contact at all with the vomit, I didnt even clean it up, but its possible someone who did used the same broom as me!.!.!.
Anyways!.!.!.
I have been vomiting all morning and I go to work in approximately 11 hours now!.!.!.
I dont know how I am gunna feel by then but I need some help right now!.!.!.
If you call in sick at my work, you get written up if you dont have a doctors note!.!.!. but its a Sunday!.!.!.so its impossible to get one!.!.!.
I emailed some people from work to see if they will take my shift but I have to wait for them to respond if they even can!.!.!.
I dont know if its just something I ate or the flu!. I have no other symptoms at all!.!.!. I just woke up at 5 am feeling sick to my stomach!.
Any ideas on how to rid of this by tonight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can rest your stomach for 2 hours, no fluids then start by taking small sips of 7-up, room temperature!. You may vomit this back up a couple of times!. Just continue small sips until it stays down!. Once the vomiting has stopped, gradually increase the fluids, taking larger and larger amounts (whole mouth full as opposed to a small sip) until you can keep anything you drink down!. Then advance to crackers, toast, tea!. If that stays down, advance to solid food!. Vomiting will usually stop on it's own when your body has cleared out the offending bug whether you do anything or not!. Some people can be better in a short time, others need 24 hours or more!. Only your body can tell!. Nothing you do can shorten this process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
