I suggest well balanced meals!.!. annd no snacking in between!.!.!.well, no snacking IF you don't get lows!.!.three meals a day!.!.MAY cause you to have a low!.!.If i don't eat between meals a little, my sugars drop a lot!.

As for the lowering of them!. fibre is aREALLY good thing to eat a lot of!.
It helps your bowels, too but it mainly slows down your the breakdown of your sugar!.!.which means, youre sugars should be lower!.!.thats why when you're counting carbs ( for any people on the pump, or those with speific diets ) you usualyl subtract the fibre from your carbohydrates!.!.So youre sugars don't drop since fibre slows the breakdown!.

I would definitely suggest things like whole wheat break and bran cereals in the morning and whole wheat pasta through out the day and that now!.
Anything with fibres! Just checck labels!:)

Exercise is one of the most natural and the quickest
